Anyone who wants to understand the importance of addressing stress in their workplace and to develop a broad range of strategies and techniques to combat the effects of stress.

By the end of the course participants will be able to identify the key sources of stress in their workplace and gain a menu of possible coping strategies to take back into the their workplace, as well as understand how to develop a personal action plan.
