Designed for:
All those who are required to conduct off-or on-the-job training, whether on a full time or
part-time basis, in industry, commerce or the public sector or for newly-appointed professional
trainers.

Course Objectives:
By the end of the course
participants will be able to identify factors affecting the learning process, including the
implications of their own style, training objectives and workplace outcomes. Prepare and
deliver a short sample of training using supporting learning and visual aids, training
materials and equipment, as appropriate.

About the Course:
This course will help those new to training to make an effective contribution to the
training and development of others in a practical and systematic way. It will give trainers
the basic skills and knowledge needed as a foundation from which they can later develop the
specialist skills of identifying training needs, design, delivery and evaluation.
