About the Course:
The key resource of any organisation is the people within it. It is people who create the
systems, processes and procedures which provides the products and services which, it is
hoped, will fulfil the needs and expectations of Customers.
Quality Circles provide the forum through which the organisation gains access to the
creative and problem solving talents of it’s people. The workshop will show participants
how the effective development and deployment of Quality Circles will benefit any ‘Quality’
initiative.
